MD Codes™ Foundations: The Essential Lift Vectors is an advanced foundational training designed to help aesthetic providers master the structural support points that create predictable facial lift and improved facial balance.

Led by Stefanie Gatica, DNP, this course builds directly upon the principles introduced in Foundations of Facial HA Injections and focuses on the strategic use of three key MD Codes™ that provide powerful structural support to the mid-face and lower face.

When placed correctly, these support points can create meaningful improvement in facial harmony and lift while maintaining a natural appearance. Mastering these vectors early in an injector’s career provides a reliable framework for producing consistent, high-quality aesthetic outcomes.

This course focuses on clinical reasoning, injection technique, and treatment sequencing, allowing participants to see how structural support can transform facial balance with thoughtful and conservative product placement.

Live Patient Demonstrations

Participants will observe 3-4 live patient treatments demonstrating how the three foundational lift vectors can create structural support and improve facial balance.

Each model will receive 2-3 syringes of dermal filler, placed strategically using the three structural MD Codes™ taught during the course.

Participants will observe:

• Patient consultation and facial evaluation
  • Facial marking using MD Codes™ support points
  • Injection technique and product placement
  • Treatment sequencing and vector strategy
  • Post-treatment evaluation and facial balance assessment

These demonstrations provide a clear understanding of how these foundational vectors can produce reproducible and clinically elegant results.
