Aesthetic Treatment Planning is the foundational skill required for injectors who want to move beyond simply performing treatments and begin operating as true aesthetic providers with a structured, results-driven consultation process. In aesthetic medicine, the consultation determines everything. It shapes patient trust, treatment acceptance, and long-term retention. Led by Stefanie Gatica, DNP, nationally recognized injector and one of only 14 MD Codes™ Trainers in the United States, this training focuses on how to design and present comprehensive treatment plans that patients understand, trust, and confidently move forward with.
