6-Month Clinical Mentorship Program

The Advanced Injector Mentorship is designed for experienced aesthetic providers seeking a higher level of clinical mentorship focused on treatment planning, injectable strategy, and patient consultation.

This program emphasizes refinement of clinical thinking to support consistent, high-quality aesthetic outcomes.

Participants gain insight into the decision-making process behind advanced injectable treatments through case discussion, clinical observation, and supervised application.

Program Overview

This mentorship is built for providers who already have foundational experience and want to elevate their results through improved assessment, planning, and execution.

The focus is on how to think, structure, and deliver treatment plans at a higher level.

Participants will develop a more strategic approach to facial balancing, product selection, and long-term patient management.

What’s Included

Monthly Revive Clinical Case Conference

Participants join the Revive Clinical Case Conference, where real patient cases are discussed in a structured and collaborative environment. Will be held Wednesday evenings via Zoom.

These sessions focus on:

• Facial assessment and structural analysis
  • Treatment sequencing and planning
  • Product selection and layering strategies
  • Complication recognition and management
  • Patient consultation and communication

Participants may present cases or submit questions in advance.

Private Clinical Immersion Day with Stefanie

Each participant receives two private clinical immersion days observing Stefanie Gatica in clinic.

During this experience, participants will observe:

• Patient consultations and advanced facial assessment
  • Treatment planning using a structural approach
  • Injectable procedures across multiple indications
  • Patient communication and clinical workflow

This experience provides direct exposure to high-level clinical execution in a real practice setting.

Advanced Clinical Application Day (Optional Bonus)

Participants have the opportunity to complete one supervised clinical application day during the program.

This experience is designed for providers who are actively injecting and want to refine technique, improve precision, and strengthen clinical decision-making.

Under direct supervision, participants will:

• Perform injectable treatments with real-time clinical guidance
  • Refine injection technique, depth, and placement
  • Receive feedback on product selection and treatment strategy
  • Execute structured treatment plans with increased precision

Participation in this clinical component is optional and reserved for those who meet licensing and insurance requirements.

Requirements for Clinical Application Day

To participate in the hands-on clinical portion, participants must hold:

• An active Iowa license or multi-state RN license
  • Active malpractice insurance

Participants who do not meet these requirements will still receive full access to all other mentorship components, including advanced case discussion and clinical immersion experiences.

Revive Aesthetics Academy Course

Participants may attend one Revive Aesthetics Academy course during the mentorship period, valued at $2000 or less.

This allows for deeper integration of clinical concepts and reinforces the structured approach taught throughout the program.

Duration: 6 Months

Tuition: $8,500

Cohort Size: Limited to 6 participants

Requirements (for injections)

Participants must hold:

• An active Iowa license or multi-state RN license
  • Active malpractice insurance

Application Process

Mentorship positions are limited and offered through an application process.

Applicants will be asked to provide:

• Professional background
  • Years of injectable experience
  • Goals for mentorship

Selected participants will be invited to join the next available cohort.

Revive Aesthetics Academy mentorship programs are intentionally limited in size to provide a high level of access, structured guidance, and meaningful clinical discussion.
