Anatomical Assessment, Neuromodulator Strategy, and Skin Quality Refinement

Advanced BOTOX Cosmetic® & SKINVIVE™ Injections is an observation-based training designed for experienced aesthetic providers who want to strengthen their approach to anatomical assessment, dynamic treatment planning, and skin-quality refinement.

Led by Stefanie Gatica, DNP, this immersive six-hour program explores how facial anatomy, movement patterns, skin quality, and patient goals influence treatment decisions using BOTOX Cosmetic®, SKINVIVE™, or a combination of both.

This course moves beyond isolated injection patterns. The emphasis is not simply on where to inject, but on understanding the clinical reasoning behind assessment, facial mapping, product selection, treatment sequencing, dosing strategy, and refinement.

Participants will observe how Stefanie evaluates each patient individually and develops a treatment plan based on anatomy, movement, skin quality, facial balance, and the desired aesthetic outcome.

What You Will Learn

• Comprehensive anatomical assessment, dynamic movement, and facial aging patterns

• Advanced BOTOX Cosmetic® treatment planning beyond standard injection patterns
• Strategic assessment of upper-face, midface, lower-face, and neck indications when clinically appropriate
• SKINVIVE™ patient selection, consultation, and treatment planning
• Product placement, depth, technique, and distribution for SKINVIVE™
• Facial mapping and strategic marking for BOTOX Cosmetic® and SKINVIVE™ treatments
• Treatment sequencing and how to determine when one modality should precede another
• Symmetry assessment, refinement, and patient expectation management
• Risk reduction, complication prevention, and post-treatment guidance

Throughout the day, Stefanie will share the clinical decision-making behind each treatment, including what she is evaluating, why she is selecting a particular approach, and how she determines the most appropriate treatment sequence for each patient.

Live Patient Demonstrations

The course includes four to five live patient treatments. Each model will receive a customized treatment plan using BOTOX Cosmetic®, SKINVIVE™, or a combination of both, based on clinical assessment and individual treatment goals.

Participants will observe:

• Anatomical assessment, patient consultation, and candidacy evaluation
• Dynamic facial analysis and individualized treatment planning
• Facial mapping and strategic marking
• BOTOX Cosmetic® dosing and placement strategy
• SKINVIVE™ placement and distribution technique
• Treatment sequencing and real-time clinical decision-making
• Post-treatment assessment and patient education

This is a close-observation course. Participants will not inject during the training. The intentionally small class size allows for optimal visibility, discussion, and meaningful clinical questions throughout the day.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for licensed aesthetic providers who already have foundational injectable experience and want to refine their approach to neuromodulator treatment, anatomical assessment, and skin-quality planning.

This course is ideal for:

• Registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians practicing aesthetic medicine
• Providers who already perform BOTOX Cosmetic® treatments
• Injectors seeking a more structured approach to advanced anatomical assessment and dynamic treatment planning
• Providers interested in incorporating SKINVIVE™ thoughtfully into their aesthetic practice
• Clinicians who value close observation of live patient treatments and advanced clinical discussion
• Participants should have prior injectable experience. This course is not intended as an entry-level BOTOX Cosmetic® or SKINVIVE™ certification course.

Model Opportunities

A limited number of model opportunities are available for this course. Models will receive a customized treatment plan and are responsible for the cost of the products used only.

Providers interested in being considered as a model may submit a request in advance. Model selection is based on clinical appropriateness, treatment goals, and course needs.

About the Instructor

Stefanie Gatica, DNP, FNP-C, is the founder of Revive Dermatology Clinic & Spa and Revive Aesthetics Academy. She is an Allergan Medical Institute Training Center Faculty at the Foundations and Evolving Injection Courses in Austin TX, , Orange County CA, and Atlanta, GA. She was selected by Dr. Mauricio de Maio for the first United States mentee group before becoming an MD Codes™ trainer.

Her education focuses on helping providers develop a more structured approach to anatomical assessment, treatment planning, and aesthetic decision-making through real clinical observation and advanced discussion.
